Yes, you do need a domain since the domain will provide the branding for your e-mails. You can register a domain when you sign up for the E-Mail Hosting service. A .co.za domain is R100.00 per year and a .com domain is R275.00 per year.

Our service comes with advanced anti-spam features. All inbound email messages pass through a spam filter before reaching your inbox. Using our service can dramatically reduce junk mail and your exposure to malware and viruses.

You can use Webmail to view your e-mails in a browser or you can download, install, and configure an e-mail app.
You can either use Outlook or Thunderbird to download your e-mails to you laptop. We will provide you with the server settings required to setup up sending and receiving of e-mails on your laptop. We will provide you with guides on how to setup Outlook and Thunderbird to download e-mails.
In order to keep the service affordable, we have created a knowledge base with articles which will guide you through various steps. We accept Cash Deposits, EFT, Debit and Credit Card payments.
There is a R50.00 levy for each Cash Deposit made over the counter or at an ATM.

You can create a custom email address without a website, but you must own a domain (for example, mywebsite.co.za). If you do not have a domain yet, you can order one from us when you sign up for email hosting. People visiting your domain, will see a coming soon banner.
You will provide you with a guide on receiving notifications on your disk usage. You will be responsible to delete e-mails when you go over the quota of disk space.
You will have to login to your e-mail account and clear out the old e-mails. When you go over your quota, your e-mails will bounce with the message: Mailbox Full
You must do the following:
You account will be activated once your payment reflects on our bank statement. Thus, expect 24 – 48 hours for account activation where payment is made made via EFT or Cash Deposit. Payment made with a Cheque or Credit card via PayFast, will be activated immediately once payment is successful.
We levy a R50.00 fee for each Cash Deposit over the counter or at an ATM.
